JOB DESCRIPTION –MID-LEVEL BACK-END DEVELOPER
Kosovo Advisory, Products, and Systems (KS-APS) is a consulting firm based in Prishtina that provides high quality services to clients in the areas of financial management, innovation products, and communications. Tasks and responsibilities
- Build new applications and enhancements to existing web applications, along with related infrastructure
- When necessary, act as product Team Leader and supervise the development of software applications from design, to deployment, evaluation, and maintenance.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, tracking support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
- Write clean C# codes
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Defining front end and back end architecture for responsive websites and software applications.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct software debugging processes including the technical analysis and testing of the developed product according to the i-APS’s requirements, and recommend solutions to identified technical issues.
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Design and implementation of data storage solutions
- Possess good communication skills and willingness to work in a team
- Provide technical expertise in facilitating the recruitment procedures for new local programmers/developers.
- Identify and suggest necessary training on coding skills (including specific programming languages) for staff members in Kosovo engaged in developing software applications
Skills to be demonstrated:
- Proven experience in software development and maintenance
- Demonstrated experience with N-Tiered applications, MVC design patterns, etc.
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance practices
- Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming languages and frameworks, such as: C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, API
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github
- It is preferable for candidates to have a basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.

Educational Qualification:
All interested candidates must at least have a bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science or any other relevant area to accomplish the tasks.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 2 years work experience as a .Net Developer.
